Payments, Shipping and Returns

Payments:

For ease of use and your security, we use the PayPal portal for all our payments.  You can either pay using your PayPal balance or via your credit card of choice.

Shipping:

At this stage we are able to ship within the USA only.

In most cases we use Amazon fulfillment and will arrange for your order to be processed within 12 hours.  UPS/USPS tracking will be provided once items have left the warehouse (usually 48-72 hours) and your parcel should be with you within 7 days of order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Our Shipping Costs are as follows: 

Total value of your purchase up to $29.99, shipping = $4.95

Total value of your purchase $30 - $74.99, shipping = $9.95

Total value of your purchase $75 and over, shipping = FREE

 

Returns:

Of course we hope you love all the items you purchase from us, however do recognize that sometimes things are not quite right.  If you have a problem with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve your issue and provide returns instruction.  Please note we do not cover the costs of return shipping.
